Cape Lambert Resources Limited is an Australian domiciled, cashed–up resources and investment company, with interests in a number of resource projects and companies.
Through acquisitions in its own right and the acquisition of CopperCo Limited’s assets, and subscriptions to convertible notes, the Company has exposure to iron ore, copper, gold, uranium, phosphate, lead-silver-zinc and vanadium assets in Australia, Africa, Greece and South America.
The Company’s strategy is to acquire and invest in undervalued and distressed mineral assets and companies, and to add value to those Assets through a hands on approach to management, exploration and evaluation to enable the Assets to be monetised at a multiple. As Assets are monetised, the Company’s Board intends to follow a policy of distributing surplus cash to Shareholders.
