(ASX:TLS) has invested into an Australian Cloud software company called Panviva.
Australia’s largest telco describes Melbourne based Panviva as a global leader in business process guidance software solutions with operations across Australia, the US and UK.
Panviva software, SupportPoint, simplifies the interactions for contact centre and back office staff who navigate multiple and complex systems to service customers.
Telstra says the investment will allow the company to expand its cloud services offering and provide solutions to its enterprise and government customers.
Telstra Corporation reported a net profit of $4.34 billion in the 2014 financial year.
