Recall Holdings continues expansion plan

Recall Holdings Limited (ASX:REC) has continued its aggressive expansion strategy with its sixth acquisition since the start of this financial year.

Recall will pay $77 million for US company, Business Records Management. BRM is a leading records management company with several storage facilities servicing more than 4,700 clients across key regions of the US.

Since July 2014, Recall has spent more than $108 million on acquisitions which are expected to add approximately $21 million of revenue to the fiscal 2015 result.

The company also sold its SDS business in Germany in September with the close of that sale anticipated later this month.
Recall Holdings Limited (ASX:REC) produced a net profit of $44.6 million for the 2014 financial year.
