Pacific Equity Partners sells down Spotless

Spotless Group Holdings Limited (ASX:SPO) has confirmed a sell down of its stock by Pacific Equity Partners shareholders. 
 
The cleaning and services company says Pacific Equity Partners will today sell 103.6 million shares in the company for $1.92 per share.
 
Following the underwritten block trade Pacific Equity Partners will retain a stake in Spotless Group of about 28.4 per cent. 
 
Pacific Equity Partners says it remains a strong supporter of Spotless Group and looks forward to continuing its relationship with the company. 
 
Spotless Group returned to the ASX in May after Pacific Equity Partners took the company private in 2012.
 
Spotless Group reported a net loss of $34.7 million in the 2014 financial year.
