Beach Energy Limited
(ASX:BPT) has appointed Robert Cole to replace outgoing Managing Director Reg Nelson.
Mr Cole most recently held executive positions in the Corporate and Commercial division of Woodside Petroleum and also held a position on the board.
Mr Cole’s experience includes strategy and planning, commercial marketing, HR, corporate affairs and joint venture management.
Mr Nelson will retire next year after 22 years with the Beach Energy. Mr Cole will commence on 1st June 2015 and after an orderly transition and handover will join the board as a director of the company.
Beach Energy produced a net profit of $102 million for the half year ended 30th June 2014.
