Brambles Limited
(ASX:BXB) has upgraded its annual profit guidance after reporting first quarter sales growth.
The supply-chain logistics company increased first-quarter revenue sales by 7 per cent to $US1.4 billion in constant currency terms.
Over the full year the company expects to generate an underlying full-year profit of between $US1.055 billion and $US1.085 billion.
The guidance represents growth of between 9 and 12 per cent over the current 2015 financial year.
Brambles has attributed the positive outlook to the contribution from its $US545 million acquisition of Ferguson Group in September.
Brambles reported a net profit of $1.34 billion in the full 2014 financial year.
