1-Page Limited
(ASX:1PG) has entered a strategic equity and sales partnership, exactly one week after listing on the ASX in a reverse takeover.
The Silicon Valley-based human resources start-up has struck the deal with its existing client, a major IT services company called UST Global.
UST Global is based in the US with operations globally, became a 1-Page client in May 2014 and will now extend the use of the 1-Page platform.
Under the strategic equity and marketing alliance UST Global will also invest up to $US1.5 million in 1-Page and earn shares in the company based on projects completed.
UST Global will also become a channel sales partner for the 1-Page software platform, allowing 1-Page direct access to Global Fortune 1000 companies using UST’s services.
1-Page says the partnership is the ultimate endorsement by UST Global, not only by becoming a leading client but also a shareholder and channel sales partner.
