Indoor Skydive Australia starts work on iFLY

Indoor Skydive Australia Group Limited (ASX:IDZ) has started work on its iFLY Gold Coast indoor skydiving facility on Surfers Paradise Boulevard in Queensland. 
 
The skydiving and adventure sports-focused company launched plans for the project in May and its development application was approved in August. 
 
Construction barriers have now been erected at the site for the start of works which will include preparing the site for the foundations and services the facility requires. 
 
The company advises fabrication of the specialist vertical winder tunnel component is well advanced and expected to be finished in late January 2015. 
 
Indoor Skydive says the start of construction works is on time and consistent with delivery of the completed facility mid to late 2015. 
 
Indoor Skydive Australia Group reported a net loss of $2.7 million in the 2014 financial year.
