Shares in Migme Limited (ASX:MIG) were up more than 8 per cent yesterday on the news it had inked a content sharing partnership with Universal Music Indonesia.
The Singapore based social media platform will gain access to a selection of UMI’s artists, to promote their music videos, photos and social media activities.
The company says it will offer the artists a new social media space and as well as a share of revenue from the sale of virtual goods.
CEO Steven Goh says the deal will drive audience engagement and revenue share opportunities for all the company’s partners.
Migme reported a net loss of $1.3 million in the 2014 financial year.
