Chinese mobile commerce company 99 Wuxian Limited (ASX:NNW) has entered into a joint venture agreement with Tapit Media.
99 Wuxian will own 55 per cent of the JV with Tapit Media, whom are described as a global leader in near field communication enabled offline media.
The JV is aiming to revolutionise Chinese m-commerce and offline media by integrating near field communication enabled interactive offline marketing campaigns with 99 Wuxian’s platform.
The JV will make it possible for people to tap on a near field communication enabled object and become a registered user of 99 Wuxian’s m-commerce platform.
99 Wuxian reported a net profit of $1 million in the first half of the 2014 calender year.
