Navitas Limited (ASX:NVT) has confirmed it will open its sixth US college after inking a deal with Florida Atlantic University.
The possible deal was flagged by the media last week, forcing the global education services provider to acknowledge the talks.
Navitas has today advised it has executed a ten year agreement with Florida Atlantic University.
The deal is to establish a University Programs pathway program for international students on the University’s Boca Raton campus.
The pathway program is scheduled to open early next year and will be called Navitas at Florida Atlantic University.
Navitas reported a net profit of $50.8 million in the 2014 financial year.
