Bentham IMF appoints new MD

Commercial litigation funding company Bentham IMF Limited (ASX:IMF) has appointed Andrew Saker as its new managing director from January 2015.
 
Mr Saker previously worked for Ferrier Hodgson for 26 years where he was involved with over 500 formal corporate insolvencies.
 
The company says outgoing managing director Hugh McLernon will stay with the company managing special projects. 
 
Betham IMF reported a net profit of $9.1 million dollars in the first half of the 2014 financial year.
