Decmil Group wins major government contracts

Industrial services provider Decmil Group Limited (ASX:DCG) today announced it has picked up some major governmental contracts with the Australian Defence Force and Main Roads Western Australia.

Decmil has been engaged to upgrade the Defence Force training facility at Port Hedland in WA and to demolish and rebuild an existing bridge for Main Roads WA.

The contracts have a combined value of $10 million and are a key win in the companys strategy to broaden its range of services away from the mining sector. Decmil has said it is well placed to deliver a strong result for its full year result in 2014 and is well positioned entering 2015 with contracts in place. 
 
Decmil Group produced a net profit of $25.7 million for the half year ended December 31 2013.
