AMP boosts Q1 wealth mgt cashflows

AMP Limited (ASX:AMP) has lifted wealth management net cashflows by 72 per cent in the three months to March.
 
Net cashflows for the wealth management company also rose, rising from $211 million to $363 million.
 
The report is aligned with the new business structure that came into effect at the start of the year under the company’s new CEO Craig Meller.
 
Mr Meller says contemporary products continue to perform well and that their focus on Asia is starting to deliver results.
 
AMP reported a net profit of $716 million in the 2013 calendar year.
