Recall Holdings Limited (ASX:REC) have acquired the CitiStorage records management company for $47.2 million.
The purchase by the information management company, will expand its footprint in New York City which is the largest market for information services in the US.
The company says this is their third acquisition for the year and that it underscores a commitment to continued strategic growth.
The company’s share price jumped more than 1 per cent after the announcement, to $4.60.
