Bentham IMF raises $50M to accelerate growth

Bentham IMF Limited (ASX:IMF) has raised $50 million through a bonds issue to accelerate its growth aspirations.  
 
The litigation funder flagged the bonds offer earlier this month and said it would put the proceeds to increase financial flexibility. 
 
The company also plans to put the money towards working capital purposes in relation to its growth objectives in Australia, the US, the UK and the Netherlands.
 
The bonds were offered at $100 each and should commence trading on the ASX on the 30th of this month. 
 
The company advises the interest rate will be 6.885 per cent per annum. 
 
Bentham IMF reported a net profit of $9.1 million in the first half of the 2014 financial year
