The development, in the city’s CBD, comprises 48,000 sqm available to let with linkages to Myer and David Jones.

The real estate investment group says the centre is now fully leased with more than half of the stores trading from today and the rest opening progressively through to the end of July.

Deputy CEO, Michael Gorman, says their collection of over 220 stores includes a number of first-to-Australia brands.

CFS made a net profit of $188 million in the first half of the 2014 financial year.
