Elders Limited (ASX:ELD) has appointed two additional non-executive directors, doubling its board to four members. James Jackson and Ian Wilton will join the board of the rural sector service provider effective immediately.
Mr Jackson has more than 25 years experience in agribusiness, having held senior finance roles and Ian Walton was CFO of the sugar division of CSR.
The company says its immediate focus will be to finalise the selection of a new managing director and CEO.
Elders reported a loss of $501.9 million in the year to September 2013.
