Liquefied Natural Gas Limited
(ASX:LNG) has inked a Technical Services Agreement with a wholly owned subsidiary of Korea’s SK Engineering and Construction Co. Ltd (SKEC Group).
The liquefied natural gas developer says the agreement is for the ongoing engineering, procurement and construction of its planned Magnolia LNG Project in the US.
Among the responsibilities SKEC Group will review information and data, assist completing resource reports and prepare cost estimates.
Managing Director Maurice Brand says the engineering, procurement and construction activities remain on schedule.
Mr Brand has also affirmed the company remains on schedule to lodge its application for Filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commissions by the end of April 2014.
Liquefied Natural Gas reported a net loss of $7.7 million in the first half of the 2014 financial year.
