Affinity Education Group Limited
(ASX:AFJ) has inked deals to acquire seven childcare centres for about $8 million.
The provider of education and child care services says the centres are expected to be immediately earnings per share accretive.
Settlement of the transactions is still conditional on the completion of regulatory approvals, landlord consents and due diligence.
Affinity Education Group listed on the ASX on December 9, 2013 and owns and operates centres across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and the Northern Territory.
Affinity Education Group reported a net loss of $8.8 million in the full 2013 calendar year.
