Transfield Services Limited
(ASX:TSE) has returned to profit, posting a 102 per cent improvement in its first half net profit result of $4.6 million compared its H1 2013.
The services company has recorded strengthened performances in its core Australian and New Zealand infrastructure contracts and says its cost reductions have also had an impact.
The company will not pay an interim dividend but hopes to stay on track for a solid full year result.
