FortifAI Limited (ASX: FTI) today announced that Chief Executive Officer Kelly Herrell has elected to step down from his role, effective immediately. FortifAI is an Australian Securities Exchange listed technology company focused on artificial intelligence and advanced computing through its subsidiary NOL8. NOL8’s technology, the AI Data Plane, provides organisations with visibility into how data moves through their AI systems, aiming to close the gap where AI systems make decisions on data that teams often can’t fully see or verify. Mr. Herrell, who joined in mid-2026, was instrumental in guiding NOL8 through a pivotal period of commercial transition.

During his tenure, Mr. Herrell oversaw the successful launch of both AI Data Plane Version 1.0 and its subsequent commercial Version 2.0. He also played a key role in enabling the technology’s availability through strategic distribution partners, Megaport and Equinix. With Version 2.0 now commercially available and a dedicated commercial leadership team firmly in place, Mr. Herrell determined it was an opportune time to transition from his executive duties.

The company assured that its commercial strategy and timetable will remain unchanged. FortifAI’s current executive team, which now reports directly to the Board, includes Executive Director, Chief Technology Officer and General Manager (Israel) Dr Alon Rashelbach, Chief Revenue Officer Jason Brushe, VP Finance Boris Levin, and Chief Solutions Officer Jamie Pope. This team is set to pursue NOL8’s first commercial agreements.

The Board extended its gratitude to Mr. Herrell for his contributions and wished him future success. He retains his vested Class C Performance Rights, with any unvested rights managed in accordance with their terms. Mr. Herrell noted it was a privilege to lead the company and expressed confidence in NOL8’s path forward as a shareholder.
