TradeWindow Holdings Limited (NZX: TWH) has announced it has secured a 12-month agreement with Lactalis, one of the world’s largest dairy groups. Under the agreement, TradeWindow will provide its Prodoc export documentation software across Lactalis’ Australian and New Zealand export operations. TradeWindow is an NZX-listed software company providing digital solutions for exporters, importers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. Its integrated platform enhances productivity, connectivity, and visibility across global supply chains.

Lactalis, which acquired Fonterra’s global consumer and associated businesses, Mainland Group, in March 2026, exports dairy products to markets globally. Its extensive operations necessitate high volumes of complex export documentation and regulatory compliance, a challenge Prodoc is designed to streamline. Prodoc is already widely utilised by the majority of New Zealand’s leading exporters and is increasingly gaining traction in Australia, particularly within the seafood sector where TradeWindow already serves key players.

This new contract underscores TradeWindow’s strategic focus on securing larger enterprise shippers and driving growth within Australia, which the company identifies as its fastest-growing region. Australian revenue recorded a 34% increase to NZ$4.1 million in the 2026 financial year, accounting for 43% of the Group’s total trading revenue. Furthermore, in the first quarter of FY27, the average revenue per shipper customer grew 20% year-on-year to NZ$36,447, while Group Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) saw a 17% rise to NZ$10.4 million. While the contract is deemed of significant value, specific financial details remain undisclosed due to commercial sensitivity.
