The remaining proceeds are earmarked for general corporate purposes, including working capital, operating expenses, and research and development initiatives. Baird is acting as the lead bookrunning manager for the offering, with Lake Street serving as an additional bookrunning manager. A Registration Statement on Form S-1 relating to the common stock was declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on October 14, 2026. With the lodgement of this announcement, Amaero seeks the lifting of its current trading halt.
