Unity Metals Limited (ASX: UM1), an emerging minerals exploration company focused on projects in Southeast Asia, has announced a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) and an accompanying attaching option offer. The company aims to raise a target of $1,000,000 before costs. Eligible shareholders are invited to subscribe for new shares at an issue price of $0.15 each, representing a 15.2% discount to the volume weighted average price (VWAP) of the company’s shares over the five trading days prior to the SPP’s announcement on 25 September 2026.

The SPP opened on Monday, 5 October 2026, and closes at 5:00pm (AWST) on Monday, 19 October 2026. Eligible shareholders can apply for up to $30,000 worth of new shares, with a minimum of $1,000, free of brokerage fees. Unity Metals retains discretion to scale back applications. Participants are also entitled to apply for one attaching option for every two new shares subscribed. These new options will be exercisable at $0.225, expire by 31 October 2028, and their issue is conditional upon shareholder approval at a General Meeting planned for 17 November 2026. They are not intended for ASX quotation.

The capital raised will primarily support Unity Metals’ exploration and development initiatives across its project portfolio. This includes extensional and infill drilling at the O’Phlay Gold Project and Rohav Mountain drilling at the Ngot Gold Project in Cambodia. Funds will also be allocated to rock chip and soil geochemistry and geophysical surveys at the Loei Copper-Gold Project in Thailand, alongside general project development and working capital needs. The offer is open to eligible shareholders registered at 5:00pm (AWST) on Thursday, 24 September 2026, residing in Australia, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, or the United Kingdom.
