PARBO RESOURCES LIMITED (ASX:PRB) officially commenced trading on the Australian Securities Exchange today, Tuesday, 22nd September 2026, following the successful completion of its $5.0 million Initial Public Offering (IPO). Parbo Resources is a mineral exploration and development company focused on gold and copper-gold exploration projects in Western Australia. It holds a commanding 1,226km² land position across the highly prospective Murchison and Bryah Basin regions. The company lists with an enterprise value of approximately $5.9 million and has swiftly mobilised a drill rig, with operations now underway at its Bryah Basin project.
The fully underwritten IPO garnered strong support, notably including a cornerstone investment from gold producer New Murchison Gold Limited (ASX:NMG), which has secured a 17.5% strategic shareholding in Parbo. Parbo’s exploration portfolio encompasses the Mount Padbury Gold Project and the Bryah Basin Copper-Gold Project, both situated within Western Australia’s prolific Meekatharra region. The company has already identified four high-priority drill targets across these projects, establishing a robust pipeline for immediate exploration activity.
Parbo Resources Chief Executive Officer Tim Campbell commented on the significant milestone, stating that the ASX listing truly marks the beginning of their journey. “We wanted to arrive on the ASX ready to explore, rather than spend our first few months preparing to do so,” Mr Campbell remarked. With $5 million raised through the IPO and four high-priority targets across its extensive portfolio, the company is well-funded to undertake an aggressive exploration campaign, with a maiden ~5,600m Aircore drilling program currently progressing at the Brians Mill prospect within the Bryah Basin.
