Australian shares moved higher around lunchtime on Monday, with the S&P/ASX 200 gaining 0.14% to 8,753.10 at 12:20 pm AEST. Ten of the 11 sectors traded higher, with energy stocks supported by another jump in oil prices. The gains came despite weakness across Asian markets as the Middle East war continued to escalate. Brent crude rose nearly 3 per cent following fresh attacks in the Gulf and concerns about global energy supplies.

HealthCo says support secured for Healthscope hospital transfers
HealthCo Healthcare & Wellness REIT (ASX:HCW) says the required lender support has been obtained for the proposed transfer of operations at 10 Healthscope hospitals owned by HealthCo and its Unlisted Healthcare Fund to alternative hospital operators. The transaction remains subject to customary approvals, while Healthscope has paid all rent due through September 2026.

Proteomics begins commercial rollout of Promarker tests
Proteomics International Laboratories (ASX:PIQ) has begun a controlled market release of its PromarkerD and PromarkerEso blood tests in Western Australia and the Northern Territory under its exclusive pathology distribution agreement with Healius. The company expects broader commercial sales to follow in the second quarter of FY27, subject to implementation activities, with the tests initially offered on a private-pay basis.

Titomic wins US$5 million US Air Force contract
Titomic (ASX:TTT) has secured a US$5 million, or around A$6.9 million, contract with the US Air Force to supply and commission a next-generation cold spray system at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma. The system will support applications including component repair and advanced manufacturing, with delivery scheduled for the third quarter of 2027.
Green360 reaches new milestone for MKX concrete product
Green360 Technologies (ASX:GT3) says its MKX product has now been used in more than 3,500 cubic metres of concrete across major Melbourne infrastructure and civil projects. The material has been used on projects including the Suburban Rail Loop and Eastern Freeway Extension, with further concrete planned for Melbourne Airport.

TMK Energy reports higher gas production in Mongolia
TMK Energy (ASX:TMK) has reported another production milestone at its Gurvantes XXXV Pilot Well Project in Mongolia, with average gas production increasing 11 per cent from August levels. Production averaged more than 900 cubic metres a day over the past week, with several wells reaching record highs as the company prepares for its 2026 drilling and re-completion program.
