Impact Minerals Extends Rights Issue Offer Period, Details Attaching Options

Impact Minerals Limited (ASX: IPT), a company focused on exploring for and developing mineral resources, has extended the closing date of its pro rata renounceable rights issue. Originally set for 9 September 2026, the offer will now conclude on Friday, 11 September 2026. This extension accommodates shareholder feedback on prospectus receipt and broadens the offer to eligible shareholders in countries like Germany, beyond Australia and New Zealand.

The rights issue enables eligible shareholders to subscribe for one new fully paid ordinary share for every four existing shares held on 20 August 2026, aiming to secure up to approximately $4,134,270 before costs. Shareholders also receive two free attaching new options for every three new shares subscribed. These New Options carry an exercise price of $0.06 and expire two and a half years post-issue, with the Company seeking their quotation on the ASX.

To illustrate the value of these attaching options, Impact Minerals referred to the Black-Scholes model. This model indicates a value per New Option ranging from $0.007 (at 60% volatility) to $0.011 (at 80% volatility), based on a share price of $0.032, a risk-free interest rate of 4.49%, and a 0% annualised dividend yield. When subscribing at $0.032 per New Share, shareholders receive one New Share and two-thirds of one free attaching New Option at this indicative valuation.

The revised indicative timetable shows the rights issue closing on 11 September 2026. The announcement of results and the issue of new shares and options are scheduled for Friday, 18 September 2026. Trading in the newly issued shares is expected to commence on Monday, 21 September 2026, with the quotation of new options subject to ASX approval and spread requirements.
