The offer made available 218,938,469 shares and 109,469,235 options at a price of A$0.008 per share. Unith Ltd is a technology company that specialises in AI-driven digital human and conversation design solutions, developing interactive, AI-powered conversational agents. It also operates a growing business-to-consumer subscription division leveraging its digital human and conversation design solutions technology.
