Ausbil Updates Fees and Costs for Active ETF Range

Ausbil Investment Management Limited, an Australian investment manager offering a range of active exchange-traded funds (ETFs), has issued an update on the fees and costs for several of its funds for the 2025/26 financial year. This announcement, to be read with each fund’s Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Additional Information Guide (AIG), details management costs, performance fees, and transaction costs. The update applies to the Ausbil Active Sustainable Equity Fund (ASX: ASUS), Ausbil Active Dividend Income Fund (ASX: DIVI), Ausbil Global Essential Infrastructure Fund (Hedged) (ASX: GHIF), Ausbil Global SmallCap Fund (ASX: GSCF), and Candriam Global Sustainable Equity Fund (ASX: GSUS).

The announcement clarifies management fees and costs, and performance fees, for the financial year ending 30 June 2026. Management costs include a management fee, indirect costs, and recoverable expenses. The Ausbil Active Sustainable Equity Fund (ASUS) and Ausbil Global Essential Infrastructure Fund (Hedged) (GHIF) will incur management fees and costs of 1.00%, while the Ausbil Active Dividend Income Fund (DIVI) is 0.85%. The Ausbil Global SmallCap Fund (GSCF) reports 1.07%, following a fee reduction from 1.20% to 0.90% effective 30 January 2026. The Candriam Global Sustainable Equity Fund (GSUS) maintains 0.55%. Only GSCF reported a performance fee of 0.00% for this period, with its five-year average performance fee being 0.49% per annum.

Transaction costs, covering expenses like brokerage incurred when funds trade assets, are also detailed and are reflected in each fund’s unit price. For the financial year ending 30 June 2026, estimated net transaction costs for the listed funds range from 0.00% for Candriam Global Sustainable Equity Fund (GSUS) to 0.29% for the Ausbil Active Dividend Income Fund (DIVI). For example, an average account balance of $50,000 invested in the Ausbil Global SmallCap Fund (GSCF) would incur estimated net transaction costs of $80 for the year. Ausbil cautions that historical transaction costs may not be an exact indicator of future costs.
