Icon Energy Limited
(ASX:ICN) has announced it has started exploring for shale gas at the Etty-1 well on the Queensland/South Australian border.
The exploration is intended to target basin-centred gas potential and assess its deliverability.
The well will be the sixth such well in the ATP 855 exploration area.
