Titan Energy profit up 117%

Titan Energy Services Limited (ASX:TTN) has more than doubled its first half net profit to $5 million.
 
First half revenue was up 53 per cent to $45.2 million on year and EBIT rose by 86 per cent in line with guidance.
 
Managing Director Jim Sturgess says the company is on track to achieve its full year EBIT target of between $21 and $23 million, after securing new contracts and investing in its businesses during the first half.
 
Mr Sturgess says the company will look at further opportunities to expand organically and through acquisition.
 
Directors declared an interim dividend of 3.5 cents per share fully franked.
