Downer EDI Limited
(ASX:DOW) has delivered a net profit of just over $99 million, 5.4 per cent higher than the same period a year ago.
Revenue was $3.76 billion for the six months to December 31, down 17 per cent from the previous corresponding period.
EBIT came in just over $160 million, compared to $169 million during the same period a year ago.
The group declared a partially franked interim dividend of 11 cents.
Downer described the first half of the fiscal year as a period of consolidation rather than growth.
