The company has secured gross proceeds of $5,010,000 from a strategic investor, significantly bolstering its financial capacity for ongoing operations and project advancements. This capital raise represents a key step in Laramide’s strategy to explore and develop its advanced uranium projects.

The private placement saw the issuance of 8,350,000 common shares at a price of $0.60 per share. Laramide confirmed that the entirety of the gross proceeds from this offering is earmarked for enhancing the company’s working capital and serving general corporate purposes. As per the terms of the offering, all securities issued are subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance, aligning with applicable securities legislation. The closing of this private placement was contingent upon meeting certain conditions, including the receipt of all necessary regulatory and other approvals, most notably the approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange.
