Moko Social Media Limited
(ASX:MKB) says it has appointed Mark Hauser to the company’s board as non-executive director, effective from February 1.
Mr Hauser is currently managing director of private investment firm OFS Management.
He began his career as a corporate attorney in New York, Sydney and London.
Moko Chairman Greg McCann says Mr Hauser’s experience in US financial markets will be an asset to the company, particularly during its NASDAQ listing process.
Moko Social Media booked a net loss of $6.3 million in fiscal 2013.
