Goodman Fielder Limited
(ASX:GFF) says the managing director of its Australian business, Andrew Hipperson has died suddenly.
The company says Mr Hipperson was killed in a motorcycle accident south of Nowra, NSW, on January 18.
Goodman Fielder CEO Chris Delaney described Mr Hipperson as a valued member of the team, who had led the company’s Australian operations for the past two years.
Until Mr Hipperson’s replacement is named, the Australian business will report directly to the CEO.
Goodman Fielder generated a net profit of 109.8 million for fiscal 2013.
