AP Eagers (ASX:APE) appoints new executive directors

The board of AP Eagers (ASX:APE) has appointed Greg Duncan and David Blackhall as independent non-executive directors, effective today.

Greg is a highly regarded automotive retailer with a wealth of experience in the automotive and investment sectors.

As owner and executive chairman, Greg led the Trivett Automotive Group to become the largest prestige automotive retailer in Australia.

David Blackhall brings over half a century of automotive industry experience and expertise to the AP Eagers board.

He is a former chief executive of the Australian Automotive Dealer Association.

Greg and David were both directors of Automotive Holdings Group Ltd until its recent merger with AP Eagers.

Shares in AP Eagers (ASX:APE) are trading 1.87 per cent lower at $9.45.
