AMP’s (ASX:AMP) capital notes 2 offer opens

AMP's (ASX:AMP) Capital Notes 2 offer opens today for clients of Syndicate Brokers and Eligible Securityholders who are resident in Australia.

As announced on the 29 November 2019, the size of the Offer has increased to at least $250 million from A$200 million due to strong demand and the Margin determined under the Bookbuild process is 4.50 per cent per annum over the Bank Bill Swap Rate.

The final size of the Offer will depend on the volume of applications received and accepted under the Securityholder Offer.

AMP retains the right to scale-back applications. The Offer of Capital Notes 2 is made in the replacement Prospectus, lodged with ASIC and the ASX today.

Shares in AMP's (ASX:AMP) closed -3.84 per cent lower at $1.88 yesterday.
