IMF
(ASX:IMF) says that the Supreme Court of New South Wales has confirmed that it will deliver its judgment in relation to the Brisbane Floods Class Action at the end of this week (Friday, 29 November 2019 at 10am AEDT).
IMF will apply for a trading halt from the start of trading on that day to allow the necessary time to assess the judgment prior to providing an update to the market.
Floods in 2011 in south east Queensland damaged thousands of people’s homes.
Shares in IMF
(ASX:IMF) are trading 0.43 per cent higher at $3.50.
