Gold explorer, Echo Resources
(ASX:EAR) was removed from the official list of ASX Limited at close of trading yesterday.
This comes as Northern Star Resources
(ASX:NST) continues to move on its compulsory acquisition of the company.
As at 1 November, Northern Star Resources owned more than 90 per cent of the shares in Echo and had acquired more than 75 per cent of the shares it offered to acquire under its takeover bid.
Echo’s Securities were suspended from the ASX on 8 November 2019 in accordance with Listing Rule 17.4.
