Bubs (ASX:BUB) inks strategic agreement with Alibaba

Bubs Australia (ASX:BUB) has inked a strategic agreement with Alibaba Centralised Import Procurement to capitalise on the growth of China’s goat dairy market.

It estimates the market to be worth $2 billion and to comprise of approximately 700 million adults.

In the first year of the contract, the parties expect to ship adult goat dairy products, including CapriLac® and Deloraine® brand portfolios worth around $10 million.

The company is also launching an expanded Deloraine® adult goat dairy range that will cater to the premium end of the segment.

Share in Bubs Australia (ASX:BUB) are trading 3.2 per cent higher at $1.11.
