Commercial explosives company Orica
(ASX:ORI) says Lim Chee Onn will retire from the Board of Directors today.
He has been a member of the Orica Board for nine years and has made an extremely valuable contribution to the Board and to Orica’s shareholders during his tenure.
He has served with distinction on several Board Committees, most recently the Safety, Health, Environment, Community and Security Committee and the Human Resources and Compensation Committee.
Mr Lim said “At a time of intense competition and rapid industrial innovation, I wish Orica every success in its continuing efforts to deliver value to all its stakeholders.
Shares in Orica
(ASX:ORI) closed 1.71 per cent lower at $23.00.
