Vocus Group
(ASX:VOC) has today appointed new chief financial officer Nitesh Naidoo who currently works as Vice President of Corporate Finance for Optus.
Nitesh will succeed Vocus’s current CFO, Mark Wratten, who will stay with the business until the end of February 2020 to ensure an orderly transition and to support the preparation of H1FY20 results.
Nitesh began his telecoms career with T-Mobile in the UK, and worked in finance and operating roles across South Africa, Europe and Australia. Prior to joining Optus, Nitesh was group financial controller at Telefonica Europe.
Shares in Vocus Group
(ASX:VOC) are trading 0.7 per cent lower at $3.54.
