Kalium Lakes awards power station contract to Clarke Energy

Kalium Lakes (ASX:KLL) is pleased to announce that it has awarded the contract to design, supply, install and commission the 7.5MW gas fired power station for its Beyondie Sulphate of Potash Project (BSOPP) to Clarke Energy.

 The scope of the contract includes three gas reciprocating engines, a Kohler black start generator, high and low voltage switch rooms, auxiliary equipment and the power station controls system.

Gas for power generation will be supplied from Kalium Lakes’ owned and operated gas lateral that will also be built as part of the Project.

Shares in Kalium Lakes (ASX:KLL) closed 2.04 per cent lower on Friday.
