Ramsay Health Care
(ASX:RHC) announces that Group Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer Bruce Soden, will step down from his position on the Ramsay Board effective from today.
The Board has expressed its appreciation to Mr. Soden for his significant contribution and responsible leadership of the Company’s finances for the past 31 years.
Last week we reported that James McMurdo was appointed as non-executive director as part of a plan to renew the company’s board.
He to Ramsay after a four-year stint at Deutsche Bank, where he was the vice chairman of investment banking and based in Hong Kong.
Shares in Ramsay Health Care
(ASX:RHC) are trading 0.2 per cent higher at $64.64.
