Company News

Cardno Limited (ASX:CDD) CEO Andrew Buckley will retire in March and be replaced by Michael Renshaw.

Mr Buckley has been CEO of Cardno for 16 years, overseeing its listing on the Australian Securities Exchange in 2004 and its global expansion into 85 countries.

Mr Renshaw currently runs Cardno’s international business and joined the group in 2003.

Chairman John Marlay said since the company’s listing, Cardno has increased its market capitalisation from $30 million to around $1 billion.

He says successor Mr Renshaw has experience that is well suited to Cardno’s vision to become a world leader in the provision of professional services.

Cardno generated a net profit of $77.6 million in fiscal 2013.
