Domino's Pizza Enterprises Limited
(ASX:DMP) net profit for the full year rose to $28.7 million, up $1.8 million from the previous year.
The result missed the pizza maker’s 15 per cent growth prediction, but revenue increased 11 per cent to $294.9 million.
Store openings in the year to June also fell short of the 80 outlets predicted by the company, with 67 new stores added, including 27 in Australia and New Zealand and 40 in Europe.
The group also announced it plans to buy a controlling stake in Domino's Japan in a $236 million debt and equity deal.
Dominos has tipped earnings growth of 15 per cent for the current fiscal year and a second record year of store growth.
