(ASX:IAG) Managing Director and CEO Peter Harmer has announced the appointment of Peter Horton as Group General Counsel.
He will join the company at the end of the year from TransGrid, where he is Executive Manager Legal, Governance and Risk.
Prior to that he was Group General Counsel and Company Secretary both at QBE Insurance and before that, Woolworths.
He is also a non-executive director for Business for Development – a not-for-profit which aims to reduce extreme poverty through inclusive economic growth.
