(ASX:ISX) has appointed Elizabeth Warrell as its Group Chief Financial Officer.
Elizabeth has 20 years banking and financial services experience in Australia and internationally, including her present role with the NAB (ASX : NAB) as the General Manager Finance, Consumer Banking.
Elizabeth will be based in Melbourne and report directly to the CEO, John Karantzis, and will be responsible for the group’s financial, treasury, accounting, and compliance functions.
Incumbent CFO, Todd Richards is retaining his role as Company Secretary and transitioning into the role of Australian Anti Money Laundering Compliance Officer.
