Crown Limited
(ASX:CWN) will restructure its senior management team in Australia and has created the new position of CEO Australian Resorts.
The company has appointed Barry Felstead, CEO of Crown Perth, to that position.
In his new role, Mr Felstead will be responsible for Crown’s Australian resorts and for Crown’s VIP business.
The company has eliminated the roles of CEO Melbourne and CEO Perth as part of the restructure, with Greg Hawkins to step down as CEO Melbourne.
Crown says it’s in talks with Mr Hawkins to provide consulting services to the company in the future.
Crown delivered a net profit of $180.7 million in the first half of the 2013 financial year.
